Job Description

I'm looking for experienced AGM who undestands the imortance of providing unbeatable service & has a strong understanding of succesfuly runing a fluient restaurant operation & creating a work enviorment where employees are able to meet their goals & customers are above & beyond thrilled with their dining experience.

The Salary for this particular opportunity knocks the other positons out there way out of the park. Ideal candiate are meticulous, familair iwth West Hollywood's restaurnt scene & most imporantly & must have prior Grand Opening experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience.

• Must have an advanced understanding of restaurant operations & high volume restaurant experience.

• Drive service standards, guest experience & culture of excellence through leadership of assigned venue.

• Uphold all company values & be a cultural leader and example for all staff.

• Maintain high-level of communication standards with leadership, staff & guests.

• Manage all exempt & non-exempt staff and maintain sufficient staffing levels; coach & develop teams for success.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems big and small on an enterprise level as well as one on one with store staff.

• Experienced & thorough understanding of accounting & budgeting processes, including materials, direct and indirect labor & overheads.

• Own P&L & adhere to budgets of designated venue; drive sales and manage costs to increase profitability.

• Ensure operational excellence & manage day-to-day business of designated venue; execute the highest level of guest service.

• Coordinating pre-opening practice meals, parties & associated invite lists and logistics.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, planning & communication skills.

• Collaborating with leadership to execute pre-opening training for FOH & BOH staff.

• Sourcing, recruiting, staffing, and onboarding of management and hourly staff & standard operating procedures.

• Execute training plans for new hire and ongoing development.

• Proficiency with common computer programs, (ie: Word, Excel, etc), email & with restaurant POS systems.
