Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
- Manage labor percentage, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team committed to exceptional customer service
- Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste, FIFO
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale)
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist in hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members for various roles
- Support shift management by coordinating daily activities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management within quick service or fast food environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking procedures, and food handling safety standards
- Experience with relatable POS systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Prior experience in casual dining or quick service restaurants is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment
