What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, profitability, and guest satisfaction


• Lead, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a teaching and learning culture


• Oversee P&L, food cost, and inventory management


• Build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and vendors while promoting team success


• Ensure consistent food quality, specifications, and execution


• Drive operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of progressive restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)


• Proven leadership and communication skills


• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through


• Willingness to be hands-on and actively participate in daily operations.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools


• Chain restaurant experience strongly preferred


• Passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence
