Do you enjoy food service and leading a team? Old Carolina Barbecue is currently in search of an Assistant General Manager to service our day-to-day operations. We are looking for people who have a passion for serving great food in a fun environment!

As an Assistant General Manager, responsibilities may include:

• Maintain a clean atmosphere
• Ensure established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained
• Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures
• Develop guest-oriented quality, service, and cleanliness action plans to enhance guest satisfaction
• Develop initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest counts
• Maintain effective guest satisfaction
• Purchase food products within established guidelines
• Ensure secure, safe handling and transportation of funds
• Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Dependability
• Planning/Organizational Skills
• Previous restaurant experience is a must
• Previous restaurant supervisory role, preferred
