Assistant Golf Professional

Beechmont Country Club is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for a Seasonal Full‑Time Assistant Golf Professional. We are seeking an enthusiastic, member‑focused team member who thrives in a welcoming, hospitality‑driven environment and is committed to delivering superior service to our members and guests.

• At least 2 years of experience at a private club preferred but not required.


• Strong computer skills.


• Experience running/assisting member tournaments.


• Ability to communicate with members about various aspects of golf.

  Work with the current team to provide an outstanding golf experience for every member and guest who visits Beechmont.

  Assist in organizing and overseeing golf tournaments, events, and outings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experiences for all participants.
  
  


• 
  
  Assist in managing tee times, golf shop sales, running weekly and multi-day major events.
  
  


• 
  
  Responsible for providing professional golf instruction for all groups and levels of players. This is to include private lessons, clinics, playing lessons, junior golf camps and PGA Junior League Golf.

  Assist in maintaining the golf shop appearance, ensuring merchandise displays are appealing and inventory is well-stocked.
  
  


• 
  
  Passionate about the golf business and have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service.

  Devoted to playing golf with members.
  
  


• 
  
  Support the Head Golf Professional in administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with members.

  Playing and practice privileges.
