Assistant Grocery Manager (2PM- 10PM)

Save More Marketplace is seeking a dedicated Assistant Grocery Manager to join our team for the 2PM to 10PM shift. As Assistant Grocery Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting daily grocery operations, supervising staff, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in overseeing daily department activities and team performance.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise efficiently.
• Lead, train, and support grocery department staff to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Help execute merchandising and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
• Collaborate with other store departments and management to achieve operational goals.

• Prior experience in retail or grocery management required.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle diverse situations.
• Availability to work the specified shift and flexibility for weekends or holidays as needed.
