Assistant Lead Call Center Agent

RCTV is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is not remote. We are currently hiring for Tuesday–Sunday shifts that starts 3PM-11:30PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The ability to work on any schedule is essential, including weekends. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads 

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
• Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally.
• Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
• Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Assisting with customer service-related call.
• Be available to cover a shift in a Leads absence
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Monday:            OFF

Tuesday:            3:00pm              -              11:30pm

Wednesday:    2:30pm              -              11:00pm

Thursday:         3:30pm              -              12:00am

Friday:                 OFF       

Saturday:          2:30pm              -              11:00pm

Sunday:             3:30pm              -              12:00am

Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential, even with our relaxed, casual work environment.
• Must be available to work Saturday nights.
• Reliable means of transportation.
