Our 228-unit community is seeking a experienced Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, resolving issues quickly, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Requirements:

• Previous apartment assistant lead maintenance experience - HVAC Certification and EPA required


• Proven ability to work with urgency without compromising quality


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Reliable, solution-oriented, and organized


• 40% Discount on Housing (if needed)


• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a lead or assistant in the multifamily industry, ac certification, electrical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.  We are seeking a candidate with a professional appearance and attitude, good communication skills, availability to be on-call, own tools, reliable transportation, etc
