This role supports the Maintenance Department Leader through assisting to lead the team of mechanics, overseeing mid-size capital projects, and ensuring smooth operations of preventative maintenance programing. Education and Work History: \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent experience required. A technical degree in a related field or AIB Maintenance Correspondence Course is a plus. \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum of 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience, ideally in a fresh baked goods, bread, and muffin or food manufacturing facility, or other process manufacturing environment. \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills, with a strong PLC knowledge base being a plus.
