As an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you will help maintain the community to the highest standards while delivering outstanding service to residents and supporting the maintenance team.
Compensation: $25–$28 per hour based on experience, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities
Utilize your plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and general maintenance skills to complete service requests efficiently and professionally.
Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems.
Assist with maintaining the community pool and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Support the Lead Maintenance Supervisor in daily maintenance operations.
Collaborate with team members to identify solutions and improve property operations.
Help maintain the grounds and overall curb appeal of the community.
Communicate effectively with maintenance and office teams.
Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to residents.
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
What You Will Bring
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and the following qualifications:
HVAC certification required
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Passion for maintenance and taking pride in quality work
Currently resides within a reasonable commuting distance of North Dallas (approximately 25 minutes preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
