Summary:  We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our property. This position is responsible for a wide range of routine maintenance, seasonal tasks, and cleaning duties throughout the building and grounds.

Schedule:

• Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday is required.
• Flexible weekday availability is preferred to accommodate scheduling needs.
• This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, with flexible days and shifts.
• Weekend availability is mandatory.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service all trash containers.
• Inspect and replace lights.
• Perform visual inspections of mechanical rooms.
• Minor mechanical maintenance.
• Maintain fountains.
• Maintain cleanliness of all exterior and landscape areas. 
• Seasonal projects (water flowerpots, ice melt, snow, etc.).
• Other routine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Practices and adheres to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
• Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor. 

Qualification Requirements: 

• Good communication skills. 
• Ability to use common household tools (drills, blowers, screwdrivers)
• Able to pass a background check. 

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
