DO YOU ROCK?!?  Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches is looking for full time Assistant Managers for our newest location in Herndon, VA.!

Jimmy John’s is unlike every other sandwich chain in the country; we specialize in Super-Fast, High-Volume sandwich execution!  As an Assistant Manager you will work side by side with the owner to learn and manage all aspects of store operations the Jimmy John’s Way, while producing sandwiches freaky fast!  This high-speed execution has earned us the reputation of “Subs So Fast You’ll Freak!” and “Americas #1 Sandwich Delivery”.

Some qualities we are looking for:

Ability to manage multiple situations effectively in a fast-paced environment

Great interpersonal finesse

Strong organizational, problem-solving and planning skills

Team-building skills and leadership abilities

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Ability to plan and prioritize workload

Retail/Customer Service experience is helpful        

College courses in business can take the place for some experience

18+ years old
