Culver’s of Mukwonago is looking for a dependable, team-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant, support our crew, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, positive environment. Location note: This Culver’s restaurant is located 45 minutes southwest of downtown Milwaukee.

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Deliver excellent guest service and consistent food quality
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership or assistant manager experience required
• Fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
• Reliable, hands-on leader who leads by example
• Flexible availability and a strong team-first mindset

Pay & Benefits
