We are looking for highly skilled, motivated, and dynamic individuals to join our restaurant management personnel. If you have prior restaurant managerial experience, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, then we want to hear from you!

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Prior restaurant managerial experience
• Weekend availability
• Must pass Zaxby's manager certification exam
• Must pass ServSafe exam

Responsibilities:

• Engage in Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan
• Provide friendly and enthusiastic service for all guests
• Accurately explain menu items and suggest additional items
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Handle cash transactions and maintain receipts
• Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders
• Manage and lead all personnel on each shift
• Ensure food costs are managed effectively
• Schedule staff to provide a quality guest experience
• Balance cash drawers, safe, and credit cards
• Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted goals
• Ensure product quality standards are met
• Coach and mentor team members
