About the Role
Auntie Anne’s is famous for our fresh, golden-brown soft pretzels served with a smile! Working alongside or in the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager helps lead the overall supervision and daily operations of the store. In this role, you will focus on maintaining Auntie Anne’s "Three-Fold Philosophy" while maximizing performance, team morale, and store profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Shift Leadership: Manage daily operational shifts, lead by example, and build dough or roll pretzels from scratch.
- Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members.
- Guest Experience: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and top-tier product quality.
- Business Growth: Drive overall store performance and actively work toward monthly sales goals.
- Operations & Inventory: Handle stock management, ordering, and weekly inventory levels.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain strict safety, security, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or a fast-paced food service environment.
- License: A valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
