Job Description - Assistant MEP Superintendent

POSITION – Assistant MEP Superintendent, starting immediately in Queens/On-Site.
SCOPE- As an Assistant MEP Construction Superintendent, you will play a vital role as part of a large team overseeing and managing the successful execution of airport construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the aviation construction sector, demonstrated organizational, computer, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant MEP Superintendent or Inspector in the Aviation/Airport/Port Authority (PANYNJ) sector.
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills are required as well as a collaborative approach working with both client and construction contractors/subcontractors.
  • Ability to read construction documents and utilize CM software.
  • OSHA 30.
Pay Rate: $38-$68.00/Hourly Salary (This will vary depending upon years of experience and education. The top rate is for someone with 5-8 years of experience.)
