Riley Children's Health is seeking a collaborative and engaged Assistant Nurse Manager to support our 24-bed General Surgery, Trauma, and Gastrointestinal (GI) Unit, which also includes a dedicated treatment room. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with an experienced nurse manager in advancing exceptional pediatric patient care while supporting a highly skilled interdisciplinary team.
This position offers a flexible full-time schedule with opportunities to maintain clinical visibility through off-shift rounding (approximately 4-8 hours per week) and participation in a rotational weekend and holiday call schedule.

The General Surgery, Trauma, and GI Unit provides specialized care for pediatric patients requiring acute and complex surgical and gastrointestinal treatment.
