Assistant Nurse Manager Med Surg Full Time Nights

Up to $15,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience 

Position Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the unit and service line as needed and collaborates with other members of the health care team.  She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all  service line staff.

• Organizes Patient Care Activities
• Directs and Organizes Staff development
• Maintains Accountability to Administrative team
• Demonstrates Leadership Skills

EDUCATION

• Minimum: Associate Degree
• Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 yrs RN experience in Medical/Surgical

LICENSE

• REGISTERED NURSE  

CERTIFICATION

• BLS & ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
