Responsibilities

• Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing daily parts department operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.


• Manage inventory control and maintain accurate parts records to reduce shrinkage and optimize stock levels.


• Support the team in handling parts orders, returns, and warranty claims in a timely manner.


• Coordinate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs and enhance overall satisfaction.


• Train and supervise parts department staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.


• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase parts sales and improve department profitability.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a parts management or assistant management role, preferably within the automotive industry.


• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.


• Proficiency with computer systems and software related to parts operations.
