Track costs and budgets. Monitor project budgets, process invoices and pay applications, and assist in identifying and resolving cost variances.

Assist with scheduling. Help develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and flag delays to the project team.

Manage subcontractor coordination. Assist in the preparation and administration of subcontracts and purchase orders; track submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Support owner communication. Help prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, project reports, and other owner-facing documentation.

Assist preconstruction efforts. Support estimates, buyout, and scope development during the preconstruction phase alongside the project team.

Maintain project documentation. Keep project files, logs, and records organized and up to date using project management software.

Uphold quality and safety. Help ensure work in the field is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company safety standards.

What You Bring:

Solid experience. 5 to 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with exposure to residential and/or commercial projects.

Technical foundation. Working knowledge of construction means and methods, contract documents, scheduling, and cost management principles.

Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, track details across multiple workstreams, and keep projects moving without dropping the ball.

Clear communication. Effective written and verbal communicator, comfortable working with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Software proficiency. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools; basic scheduling software knowledge is a plus.

Education. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered.

Local knowledge. Familiarity with Hawaii's construction market, island logistics, and local subcontractor network is a strong advantage.

Growth mindset. Self-motivated and eager to learn; you take initiative, ask the right questions, and want to develop into a Project Manager over time.

Compensation & Benefits:

$110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience.

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
