 Join us as an Assistant Project Manager!


  


 Some of your key responsibilities include:  



  • Assist project managers with a variety of tasks from project start-up to close out

  • Assist with preparing and maintaining files, schedules, & logs

  • Drawing Reviews

  • Locate vendors, prepare bid packages, & receive proposals

  • Draft purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders

  • Assist with the permitting process

  • Distribute drawings to and communicate with subcontractors and field personnel

  • Assist with invoice review and coding

  • Visit the sites regularly and participate in the construction process. 

  • Assist with punch list and preparation of close out materials


 


 Qualifications:



  • Construction Management or Engineering Degree preferred.

  • Be located in the Greater Boston area or willing to relocate immediately (not relocation reimbursement provided)

  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar role, with Commercial Construction experience within the United States. 

  • Proficiency required in appropriate systems, including but not limited to MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Must be dependable, possess a sense of urgency, organized, detail-oriented, possess comfort while multi-tasking, and show strong follow-up skills

  • Ability to interact and work closely with team members in a busy environment under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interrelationship skills   

  • Must take initiative, be open to learning and taking on new tasks
