Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing daily activities of the service department.


• Coordinate and schedule vehicle repairs and services to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• Communicate with customers regarding service progress, estimates, and completion timelines.


• Monitor technician productivity and service quality to ensure high standards are maintained.


• Support inventory management for parts and supplies.


• Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.


• Assist in training and mentoring service staff.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive service or repair, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Customer-focused with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.


• Proficient in using service department software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
