Requirements

 What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with an experienced Store Manager to learn the ins and outs of the business while making a real impact from day one. You will:

• Help lead daily shop operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and profitability 

• Deliver a top-notch customer experience that keeps people coming back 

• Train, coach, and support team members to build a strong, positive culture 

• Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales and performance goals 

• Help improve processes and ensure smooth, consistent operations 

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one—we’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required 

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset 

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team 

• A positive, customer-first attitude 

• Basic comfort with numbers and business performance 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
