Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store performance


• Supervise and lead team members to ensure excellent customer service


• Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and stocking


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures


• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner


• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping processes


• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization


• Help drive sales, meet performance goals, and control expenses


• Step in as acting Store Manager when needed

Skills / Education / Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)


• Previous retail or automotive management experience preferred


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities


• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
