Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations including scheduling, inventory, and workflow optimization
• Manage shop performance metrics such as sales, labor costs, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery of oil changes and related services
• Conduct inventory audits and manage product ordering
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations

Customer Service Leadership

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Greet and assess customer needs to ensure a hassle-free experience

Team Development & Supervision
