Assistant Teacher Infants

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times


• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development


• Assist with classroom organization and maintain a clean, safe environment


• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff


• Feed infants and assist with daily care routines


• Change diapers in accordance with established procedures


• Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood coursework is a plus)


• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children


• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

• Monday–Friday daytime hours — No nights or weekends!


• Additional pay for hours worked after 4:00 PM
