What You’ll Do

• Manage the purchasing of departmental supplies using multiple software systems and ensure timely distribution to teams
• Submit work repair requisitions and coordinate follow‑up as needed
• Drive off‑site to pick up essential supplies when required
• Research products and materials to support team needs
• Complete monthly accruals for goods received
• Track and monitor spending to ensure alignment with budget goals
• Maintain accurate and confidential files and records for Zoological Administration
• Perform general administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and document handling
• Provide typing support and answer incoming phone calls
• Coordinate service repairs for equipment as necessary
• Facilitate scheduling of department safety to ensure team members maintain duty specific training and certifications
• Work closing shifts and weekends when business needs require it

What Helps You Succeed

• Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior clerical or park experience preferred
• Solid data entry abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Team Members and Park Leadership
