Job Description - Assisted Living Administrator/RN


  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.

  • Coordinate resident care plans and ensure quality services are provided.

  • Maintain communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure sustainability.

  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are qualified and motivated to deliver compassionate care and services to residents.

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and external agencies to arrange medical, therapeutic, and wellness services for residents, ensuring their health and satisfaction.

  • Facilitate communication between residents, family members, and staff to address concerns, improve services, and enhance the quality of life for residents

  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance to ensure the environment is safe, clean, and conducive to residents' comfort and needs.
