Join our team as an Assisted Living Director and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the Community. By planning, organizing, budgeting, and controlling the services provided, the Assisted Living Director will ensure the highest level of care while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Your leadership will contribute to the overall vision and strategic plan of the Community to provide exceptional care and support for residents. Through this, the Assisted Living Director will drive positive outcomes and sustained excellence in the facility.

Schedule : This position is full time Monday-Friday with afterhours availability

What you will need: 

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related leadership experience.
• Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license required (Active and in good standing)
