Assisted Living Services Coordinator

What you will do as a Resident Services Coordinator:

• Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments to ensure appropriate coverage; step in as needed to maintain service levels.
• Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff; assist with performance evaluations.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident services. Monitor care delivery to ensure quality, satisfaction, compliance, and optimal outcomes.
• Support the pre-admission and admission process under the direction of the Administrator/Executive Director, ensuring      appropriate placements and a positive experience for prospective residents and families.
• Lead the assessment and service plan process to ensure resident needs are identified and addressed through consistent, individualized strategies and interventions.
• Immediately report complaints, grievances, or resident-rights concerns to the Administrator/Executive Director.

 What you’ll bring to the role:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a current CRMA certification and be willing to complete PSS training
• Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza and COVID
• A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
