Associate Accounting

What awaits you:

* Process billings for Kautex Inc.

* Processing and investigating A/P and A/R including bad debts

* Set up manual invoices (tools, development services, protoyptes, etc.) as needed

* Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc.

* Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes

* Assist in the monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc.

* Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts

* Select payroll processing duties 

* Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed:

* BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Business

* SAP R/3 experience is essential; we'll be transitioning to SAP Hana

* Microsoft Office fluency - especially Excel

* Experience with Hyperion financial reporting

* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance role; preferably in manufacturing industry
