Accomplished Business and Real Estate PC is in growth mode and searching for Associate and Sr. Associate attorneys to join the firm.

Requirements

Associate Level:

Practicing in California for minimum 2-3 years

Have real life experience with trial prep and discovery

Experienced with client interactions

Strong communicator

Excited to learn about Real Estate and Business law

Sr. Associate Level:

5-10 years hands on California law experience

Civil litigation knowledge

Prepare for and conduct trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients

Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions

Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and discovery requests, and responses

Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
