Pay: $180,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year

Location

On-site in Miami, Florida, in a collaborative office setting where attorneys work closely together and learn fast.

This role requires active Florida Bar admission and at least 3 years of directly relevant commercial litigation experience.

Job Description

• Develop and execute litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case
• Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs
• Argue motions and appear in court when appropriate
• Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions
• Manage discovery, including disputes and motion practice
• Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through complex litigation matters

Qualifications

• Active and good-standing Florida Bar license
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
