Associate - Capital Markets

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Capital Markets team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the team in executing transactions and providing exceptional service to our clients.

THE ROLE:
• Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions
• Conduct market research and analysis to support transaction execution
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful transaction completion
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Stay up -to -date with industry trends and developments

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3 -5 years of experience in capital markets or investment banking
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling
• Knowledge of capital markets regulations and compliance
