Associate Consultant - Government & Public Services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to gather insights into public policy issues and support the development of client solutions
  
• Assist in the creation of client presentations, reports, and deliverables tailored to the public sector context
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide strategic recommendations
  
• Support the development and implementation of public sector projects, including policy evaluations, program design, and performance management
  
• Work with cross -functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery within established timelines
  
• Stay updated on government trends, policy developments, and emerging best practices in the public sector

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and build relationships with clients and colleagues
  
• Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast -paced, dynamic environment
  
• Familiarity with government processes, public sector challenges, and policy frameworks
  
• Knowledge of management consulting methodologies and frameworks is a plus
