Associate Designer

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Associate Designer will work with an onsite team to support our client in helping to market the brands they produce, and consumers have come to love. To be successful in this role, you must be able to complete any assigned tactical task, while learning the industry and the brands we serve.

 

·       Develop design craft

·       Absorb knowledge & skills

·       Learn storytelling & tactical rationale

·       Contribute across multiple clients and projects

·       Proactively share design knowledge, including inspiration, trends, and tools

 

·       Some project management and organization skills

·       Some knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design, and production artwork

·       Ability to diplomatically receive feedback on their work and work of fellow designers

 

 

·       1+ years’ experience in graphic design

·       Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)

·       Working knowledge of Adobe XD, After Effects, and/or Premiere is a plus
