Associate Director, Athletic Advising Services (Football)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
Counsels and assists student athletes in selecting major course of study, selecting courses, changing majors, drop-add, and developing effective study habits.
Coordinates admission registration and enrollment process for student athletes.
Maintains records on activities and other department files; prepares and presents oral and written reports on activities.
Monitors eligibility compliance with NCAA., conference, and University policies; assists in preparing reports.
Monitors students' degree plans; evaluates grade transcripts and maintains academic records; monitors class attendance and student progress.
Organizes and supervises study table and tutorial support activities on campus and on the road.
Provides counseling and referral resources in non-academic areas.
Assists in recruiting student athletes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
 

Master’s Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
