About the Role:
We’re seeking an Associate Director, Product Management, Monetization with programmatic advertising experience to join our growing team in Redwood City on a hybrid schedule. The Associate Director is responsible for driving and implementing product strategy for our SSP monetization capabilities within our Marketplace Demand product team. We are looking for an individual passionate about innovation and problem-solving who can own one of the core charters within our Monetization organization.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will balance ongoing new feature development with the modernization of our existing technology to support our next-gen machine learning models for QPS management/traffic shaping. The ideal candidate has experience managing product delivery for platforms with dependencies across multiple teams, and is energized by solving challenges in an ecosystem being reshaped by GenAI-based industry disruption.
