We are currently looking for a Associate Facilities Services Team Member to join our team in Holland, MI. 


 


As an Associate Facilities Services Team Member you will:


 


Perform routine tasks related to facility maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a clean and functional work environment. Follows established procedures and works under supervision to support the efficient operation of facilities.

Essential Functions


  • Provide administrative support: Assist with administrative tasks related to facilities operations.

  • Support facilities maintenance: Assist with routine facilities maintenance tasks.

  • Coordinate vendor services: Assist with coordinating vendor services

  • Support event setup and takedown: Assist with setting up and taking down furniture and equipment for meetings and events

  • Maintain inventory: Assist with maintaining inventory of facilities supplies and equipment

  • Conduct facility inspections: Participate in facility inspections, identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety issues

  • Utilize facilities management tools: Gain familiarity with facilities management software and tools used for work order tracking and inventory management.

  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.

  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.


Required Qualifications


  • High School or equivalent.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with administrative staff, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications


  • 2 years custodial experience within a corporate environment.

  • Exposure using Empac.

  • Proficieny in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc)
