Eaton\u2019s Engineering Service \u0026 Systems Division is seeking an Associate Field Service Representatives to join our team in Kennewick, WA. \n \n\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year. \n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nEaton has the largest and most experienced team of field services technicians and engineers in the industry, and we are looking to grow our team. In this role, you will: \n\u2022 Provide field service assistance to customers by supporting Eaton Field Service Representatives in transporting equipment to customer sites, performing installation, startup, maintenance, repair, and electrical power distribution equipment modification. \n\u2022 Assist office personal \u0026 field service team with assigned tasks \n\u2022 Assist with shipping \u0026 receiving \n\u2022 Perform warehousing \u0026 material handling \n\u2022 Prepare materials, test equipment and tools so that jobs are properly staged for success \n\u2022 Be responsible for both stock and special-order inventory management \n\u2022 Maintain records and data entry around reports\n\nTeam Benefits: \n\u2022 Guaranteed 40-hour base pay, eligible for overtime and travel premiums \n\u2022 Career growth, mentorship and safety training \n\u2022 Company toolkit and phone \n\u2022 Tuition assistance for ongoing learning \n\u2022 Leads program with bonus pay \n\u2022 Opportunities across 32 service branches\n\n## Skills:\n\nPosition Success Criteria: \n\u2022 Proficient computer skills \n\u2022 Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with electrical and electronic equipment. \n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. \n\u2022 Must possess and maintain a valid driver\u0027s license in order to occasionally operate Eaton Fleet Pool Vehicles. \n\u2022 Must be able and willing to obtain Department of Transportation (DOT) non-CDL qualification and comply with all DOT regulatory requirements, if required. \n\u2022 Must have the ability to work variable hours, including nights \u0026 weekends, and travel within the district / state / region / country based on customer requirements. \n\u2022 Successfully complete and maintain compliance with Eaton\u2019s safety program and policy. \n\u2022 Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings. \n\u2022 Performs physically demanding tasks, requirement to stand, walk, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach above, to, and below shoulder level, lift, carry, push, pull, and use hands to handle and feel. The employee is frequently required to climb and regularly required to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to push/pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally required to push/pull greater than 50 pounds with assistance\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications \n\u2022 High School Diploma or higher \n\u2022 Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in the future \n\u2022 No relocation offered; candidates within 50-mile radius considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation \n\u2022 Must have a valid driver\u0027s license \n \n\n\nPreferred Qualifications \n\u2022 2-year technical degree or similar experience in military training \n\u2022 Minimum 2 years of electrical or mechanical industry experience \n\u2022 Experience in basic testing and servicing electrical distribution and control systems is highly desirable. \n\u2022 Forklift or industrial equipment operation \n\u2022 Experiencing in wiring, reading wiring diagrams and understanding schematics \n\u2022 Proficient with hand and power tools for equipment assembly \n\u2022 Works well under time constraints and in stressful situations \n\u2022 Collaborates effectively with the team to meet project deadlines \n\u2022 Problem-solving and logical thinking skills \n\u2022 Ability to obtain and maintain a valid TWIC card \n \n\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
