Associate General Dentist

Associate General Dentist (Full-Time) | High-Producing General Practice

New Albany

Looking for a practice where you can walk in, stay busy, and do great dentistry?

We are searching for an energetic, patient-centered Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) who is ready to build a productive schedule from day one. If you're passionate about comprehensive dentistry, enjoy treating patients with modern technology, and want the freedom to practice without unnecessary micromanagement, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday

• Opportunity to expand to Fridays

Why Dentists Love This Opportunity

Busy From the Start

No waiting months to build a schedule. Our established patient base and active hygiene columns create consistent restorative opportunities and a full day of dentistry.

Practice with Modern Technology

You'll have the tools to diagnose confidently and deliver exceptional care.

Clinical Freedom

We're looking for a doctor, not someone to simply fill a schedule. You'll have the autonomy to diagnose, educate, and provide the care you believe is best for your patients.

Outstanding Growth Opportunity

If you're experienced with Invisalign® or other clear aligner therapy, you'll find tremendous opportunity to grow treatment acceptance and significantly increase your production.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Passionate about comprehensive patient care

• Confident in restorative and general dentistry

• Motivated, productive, and growth-minded

• Friendly, personable, and an excellent communicator

• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active IN dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• New graduates with strong clinical skills and experienced dentists are both encouraged to apply

Compensation

• Competitive percentage of collections

• Daily guarantee available for an initial period based on experience

• Significant production opportunity in an established, high-demand practice

• Opportunity to expand your schedule as the practice continues to grow

We have built a locally owned, ethical, team-centric group dental practice that is continuing to expand in the area. Our team is supportive, our patients are loyal, and our commitment is simple: provide exceptional dentistry while creating an environment where our clinicians can grow professionally and financially.

Apply today! Interviews are being scheduled immediately, and we're excited to welcome the next great dentist to the Bellano Dental team.
