The Associate Head of School will be a trusted partner to the Head of School and a collaborative member of HB’s senior leadership team. This leader will provide vision and oversight for the academic program, working closely with Division Directors to strengthen curricular alignment and support innovation from Early Childhood through Upper School.

An approachable and visible presence on campus, the Associate Head will champion faculty growth, build morale, and cultivate a culture of learning. The successful candidate will love working with children of all ages, bring both strategic vision and sound judgment to the role, and be able to make difficult decisions while empowering others.
