Compensation: $150K - $185K base

This is an exceptional opportunity to be the first attorney hire at a YC-backed startup that's transforming immigration law. You'll build the practice alongside a seasoned attorney and leverage AI-powered tools.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end caseloads for various visa petitions


• Conduct client consultations for visa strategy


• Draft, review, and submit petitions


• Codify creative case-building methods into playbooks


• Provide product feedback for AI-assisted tools

What you bring (required)

• Experience in business immigration


• J.D. from an accredited law school


• Active bar admission in any US state.


• Experience with O-1, EB-1A, or NIW visa petitions


• Strong legal writing skills for persuasive arguments


• Ability to advise founders and engineers directly
