Associate Language Services Advisor

Please Note: This is an IN -PERSON position at our office: 3300 S. Parker Rd., Suite 200, Aurora, CO 80014

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior advisors to evaluate client language service requirements and gather project details.
  
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on language services, including translation, interpretation, localization, and related solutions.
  
• Develop and present customized language service proposals aligned with client objectives, budget, and timelines.
  
• Coordinate language service projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project tracking.
  
• Maintain effective communication with clients, linguists, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  
• Conduct rigorous quality checks on deliverables to guarantee accuracy, adherence to client specifications, and exceptional standards.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing regular project updates.
  
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs, measuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service offerings.
  
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflows and service delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, communication, translation, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Strong passion for languages and a keen interest in pursuing a career in the language services industry.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in at least one language in addition to English is highly desirable.
  
• Familiarity with language services, such as translation, interpretation, localization, or transcription is advantageous.
  
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite or project management applications.
  
• Adaptability to learn and utilize new technologies and tools within the language services industry.
  
• Customer -centric mindset with a dedication to delivering high -quality services and exceeding client expectations.
