Job Summary: 

At NEWITY, you'll help turn small business prospects into long-term customers, building and optimizing the email and SMS journeys that engage, convert, and retain them across the full customer lifecycle. Working alongside the lifecycle marketing team, you'll bring automated, AI-powered campaigns to life: nurturing prospects through the funnel, re-engaging customers, and measuring impact at every touchpoint. Marketing automation is your engine, AI is your multiplier, and the customer journey is your canvas.

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on focus on lifecycle marketing and marketing automation
• Hands-on experience executing and optimizing lifecycle programs — onboarding, nurture, conversion, retention, and re-engagement — across email and SMS
• Working proficiency with a marketing automation/CRM platform (HubSpot preferred): building workflows, lead scoring, behavioral triggers, segmentation, and list management; exposure to HubSpot AI (Breeze) a plus
• Experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows — segmentation, personalization, predictive analytics, and attribution
• Comfort working with performance data: building and interpreting dashboards and reporting on lifecycle and funnel metrics
• Familiarity with paid advertising as an acquisition channel that feeds lifecycle programs (a plus)
• Practical WordPress experience (preferred), including landing page creation, updates, and basic troubleshooting
• Detail-oriented, analytically minded, and organized, with an entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness to learn new systems, and comfort in a fast-paced environment

Description & Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Programs & Journeys

• Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and automated journeys: welcome series, nurture tracks, re-engagement and win-back, and cross-selling that move customers through the lifecycle
• Help shape lifecycle strategy and continuously optimize programs based on performance data and AI-generated insights

Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot)

• Build and manage workflows, behavioral triggers, and lead scoring models in HubSpot to prioritize high-intent prospects
• Maintain data hygiene, lifecycle-stage assignments, and lead routing, and support a clean marketing-to-sales handoff (MQL to SQL)
• Use HubSpot AI (Breeze) and other AI tools to improve engagement and conversion across programs
• Segmentation & Personalization
• Execute audience segmentation and behavioral targeting across email and SMS
• Manage list pulls, suppression, and contact strategy to keep programs accurate, efficient, and compliant
• Apply AI-driven segmentation and predictive analytics to sharpen targeting and funnel progression

Testing, Analytics & Reporting

• Run A/B tests across subject lines, creative, messaging, and send times, and translating results into actionable recommendations
• Maintain dashboards for lifecycle, funnel, and campaign analysis, incorporating AI attribution to surface insights
• Track and report on lifecycle KPIs — open and click rates, conversion by stage, retention, and ROI — in clear weekly and monthly summaries
• Keep current on emerging AI marketing tools and help put the high-impact ones to work

Benefits:

• Base Rate: $75,000-$90,000 Per Year + Performance Bonus (Commensurate with Experience)
