We are hiring a Manager, CPG Engagement to join our team and lead AI-powered transformation in retail and CPG. This role is a key part of the CPG & Retailer delivery team for a major US-based program. Critical for success is the ability to generate actionable insights and build strong relationships with CPG organizations, quickly establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to client leadership and driving strategic and financial value.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CPG client objectives to improve their overall business by driving customer loyalty and sales
• Provide thought leadership and consultative services to enable customer-centric, collaborative engagement with CPGs
• Develop consultative working relationships with VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers from functional areas including Category Management, Sales, Shopper Insights, and Analytics
• Participate in key client meetings, sharing insights to support decisions on promotions, pricing, assortment, innovation, and category health
• Coach clients in applying customer data methodologies, analytic approaches, and using SymphonyAI Retail analytics tools to solve key business issues
• Oversee your client portfolio and drive a 100% renewal rate among existing CPG clients, while deepening understanding of their unique requirements to enable successful upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with the SRAI Analytics team for timely, compelling delivery of ad hoc analytic projects that support Retailer & CPG business needs
• Work with The Learning Center and Sales Support teams on CPG activities including training, onboarding, contract administration, and revenue tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive measurable business results
• Excellent consultative, communication, and project management skills
• Knowledge of business strategies and tactics employed by CPG and FMCPG retailers
• Familiarity with scanning, panel, primary research, and customer insights applications in a retail and/or CPG environment via software tools and consulting services
• Effective developer and presenter of customer insights, capable of demonstrating software tools to Director level of CPG organizations
• Charismatic relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial approach to business development, demonstrated by successful sales experience
• Ability to work effectively with external HQ development and support functions
• Strong written communication skills, able to create clear, concise, actionable materials for clients

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience with retail and CPG data analytics platforms
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.)
• Experience leading client-facing programs in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
