Associate Marketing and Enrollment Specialist - PACE

This role will be working Monday to Friday on day shift and traveling throughout the tri county area.

This position is responsible for all intake and enrollment functions, including meeting 1:1 with potential participants in their homes and guiding them through the PACE enrollment process, to meet enrollment targets. Assists in implementing strategies to enhance customer service throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 
• 1 year experience working with a frail/elderly population or other direct service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Social Work, Psychology, Health Care, Marketing, Business. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Experience working in intake, marketing, and/or with service systems for seniors.
• Experience working in a PACE organization.
