Job Description
The Associate Engineer supports the administration and daily operations of the organization’s Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration environment. This includes Exchange Online, OneDrive, OneNote, and related Microsoft 365 services. They will assist with the monitoring and support of highly critical and highly available health system infrastructure, supporting the organization's applications. Collaborate with engineering, network/data center ops, project management and service desk staff to provide operational support of assigned systems within established timelines. The Associate Engineer will work under the guidance of senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, support users, and assist with system maintenance and improvements. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to grow within cloud and messaging technologies. |
