We’re excited to bring Three Rivers Therapy to Vancouver, Washington, and we’re building a team that shares our commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Three Rivers Therapy is a mission-driven behavioral health organization with more than 10 years of experience serving Washington communities. Our mission is to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and transform lives through exceptional behavioral health care. We’re committed to setting a higher standard for innovation, quality, and impact in behavioral health.
Our culture is grounded in four core values. We value people who are engaged, come to work with a growth mindset, maintain High Standards for themselves and their colleagues, and like to have Fun. We believe great care starts with a great team, and we strive to create an environment where people are supported, challenged to grow, and empowered to do meaningful work.
As we open our doors in Vancouver, this is an opportunity to help shape something new, grow with an expanding organization, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
