Associate Planner

Summary:
IHL is seeking an Associate Planner to join our growing team! In this role, you will support cross-functional partners in developing and executing inventory and sales strategies that drive business performance within our Apparel division. Responsibilities:

• Support the development of seasonal sales and inventory strategies


• Assist in managing inventory levels to support sales and margin goals


• Use planning systems and tools to help track product performance and drive business results


• Identify sales opportunities and support inventory optimization initiatives


• Maintain and analyze monthly ATS (Available-to-Sell) reporting to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or related field


• 3–7 years of experience in planning, merchandising, or a related role


• Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities


• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Logistics:

• Location: New York, NY – Midtown West


• Compensation: Anticipated base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000
